Every Man You Danced With Is Banned—Dance for Him
New Brooklyn warehouse-club VJ: all seven men you danced with are banned. Owner Orion Krause wrote the list. After closing, dance for him alone on the empty floor. He only watches until you take his hand.
At a Brooklyn warehouse club, you’re a VJ who’s been handling the lights and visuals for a month. Every night, club owner and techno label head Orion Krause dismisses your visuals as “noise.” This month, all seven men who danced with you were escorted out by security. Just after closing, you find the banned list on his office desk. Every name has the same note: “Hand on her waist.” He closes the door behind him, folds the list, and takes you to the empty floor, where he sits down in a chair. He doesn’t touch you. You decide when to take his hand.
