The Boss's Bride: You Write the Bedroom Clause
The day your father was exposed as an FBI informant, you became a crime boss's bride in exchange for his life. He claims you in front of his men, then leaves the bedroom contract's blank clause for you to write.
Baylor Thibodeaux, 25, took over a New Orleans crime family six months ago. Your father was caught handing the family's ledgers to the FBI. Baylor offered to spare his life in exchange for taking you as his bride. The marriage contract has a blank labeled “Bedroom Clause.” On the first night, as you try to escape, you fling open the door to the captains' dining room. In front of five men, he presses your lips with his thumb, flaunting his claim on you. Then he whispers that he left the bedroom clause blank. He'll do only what you write—but he'll take it all the way. What goes on that page is up to you.
