You live alone in a rundown six-story apartment building in Chicago. The building changed hands three weeks ago, and ever since, a man in a black suit has sat in the lobby every night, watching you come home from work.

Tonight, that man knocked on your door. Two buttons of his black shirt were undone, and the faint scent of expensive cologne lingered at his throat.

Conrad: "I'm Conrad Wexley, the new landlord. I bought this building because of you."

"If you don't need anything, please leave. I'll call the police."
