The Monster Hunter Suspects Me

People are vanishing from a small town. The strange hunter watches me longer than the monsters. I don't know why—but he protects me first.

Dark romance mystery: a monster hunter in a small town watches you closer than the monsters and wants to protect you. Step into the story and find out why.

Colt Rayner, 36, hunts the supernatural nationwide. He and Eli probe West Virginia disappearances: old mines, salt, unexplained traces. At a 24/7 diner, he watches you longer than his notes. No danger signs or demon marks; something’s wrong. Soaked, he sits across, green-gray eyes unwavering under wet bangs. “You may be the strangest here, not the monster. I want to protect you. Can you explain?”
