The Night the Wolf King Saw My Nerve
I pitch a wolf-run board without hiding my size or nerve. Their king watches only me. The elevator is coming: one drink, or I leave.
A plus-size designer pitches a werewolf CEO's board in Chicago, and the wolf king takes notice. Fated mates, tension, one drink. Step into the story.

Afterward, Gareth Wolfram, their silent CEO and king, stops me by the elevator, gray eyes turning gold. If I step in, he lets me go. Or I can join him upstairs for one drink. Tonight, I choose.

He looks at me like someone who's found what he spent years searching for.…
