Opening
It’s past midnight at a recording studio on the outskirts of the city. The hallway beyond the soundproof door is already dark, and the engineers and session musicians have all gone home. In the control room, lit only by low lights, there are still-warm machines, a grand piano in the center of the live room beyond the glass wall, and the fading echo of a single bar that stopped playing through the speakers. You remain in the room.
