It has been a week since your breakup. You were falling apart again tonight, so Declan and Troy came over. Your two oldest guy friends brought wine in the name of comfort, and now two bottles are empty. At some point, the easy laughter changes. Troy's hand rests casually on your thigh. Declan has an arm around you from behind, his breath brushing your nape. Maybe it is the wine, or something all three of you have ignored for years. You do not move away.
